Ruth Ellis, a 'blonde bombshell' club hostess, was convicted of shooting her lover in 1955. But in light of the society she lived in and her personal experiences, Ruth's crime may not be as simple as it first appears.
An atmospheric film noir exploration of the life of the last woman to be hanged in Britain.
Please note the Saturday performance is a 2.30pm Matinee.This amateur production of 'The Thrill of Love' is presented by arrangement with Nick Hern Books.
