The J. Lees-Jones Drama Shield 2016 was awarded to Prestwich Amateur Dramatic Operatic Society (PADOS) for their production of “The Steamie”.
There were no nominations for The Athenaeum Rose Bowl so it was not awarded this year.
The Laurence Roberts Trophy was awarded to Geoff Sword (Summerseat Players) for his outstanding contribution to the amateur theatre movement.
The Muriel Goodwin Trophy was awarded to Janice Haughton (Hyde Little Theatre) for her outstanding contribution to the development and encouragement of young people in all aspects of amateur theatre.
