Finally, the 2024-25 Season Nominations!

Many congratulations to all nominees – well done.

Please use the search box on the top right hand side of the table to find quickly what you are looking for, it’s very efficient. You can search any term at all, eg “Technical” which will result in a list of all the Technical nominations, or you could also search for your society or your name. eg: searching “Bill Technical” will bring up Bill’s Technical nominations. As well as the Nominations listed below there will also be awards for Best Youth Theatre Production, Best Musical, Best Pantomime, Best Drama, Best Overall Drama, The Board Awards and the Adjudicators’ Awards.

The winners will be announced at Awards Night, which will be Sat 19th July at The Last Drop Hotel, Bromley Cross, Bolton.

The technical design strongly supported the play's suspenseful mood, showcasing innovation through ghostly apparitions and creative visual storytelling.

Scene transitions were well-managed, and the technical delivery, including sound and set dressing, effectively complemented the changing moods and socio-political undertones of 1930s Berlin.

The Carver team’s strong reputation was upheld with expertly cued effects and carefully considered visual choices that enhanced the emotional resonance of this wartime coming-of-age story.

The appearance of the train engine with a working smoking chimney and sharply executed lighting and sound cues elevated the theatricality and realism of the performance.
