Brookdale Youth Theatre in Bramhall, Stockport are looking for a Musical Director for their next musical production (The Addams Family). We require an energetic MD who has a good rapport with children and young people. The MD will be involved in the audition sessions, lead the musical rehearsals and be responsible for assembling the required musicians for show week. Ability to play keyboard/piano for the show and rehearsals is an essential requirement, as is previous experience of being an MD for at least one full score musical. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons (occasionally required on Thursdays). Auditions for casting are held first week in September and show week is 17th-23rd Nov 2024 with dress rehearsals on Saturday 16th November 2024
