Time - 1993
Betty – Has to carry the play. Very demanding role. Also has to be able to climb onto/ off a roof. Age 50
Mark – 2nd largest role. Features prominently throughout the play. Betty’s son. Age 31
Craze - Outgoing, probably tall, athletic build, dark or blonde, has attitude. Age 22-28
Donald – BETTY’S HUSBAND. Not hen-pecked but dismissed, gets more confident and bolder toward end.
Appears in A2 [vocally also in A1] - a very important and demanding role. Age 52-56
ALL CHARACTERS MUST BE ATHLETIC ENOUGH TO CLIMB ONTO ROOF OF STAGE SET.
