A favourite, record breaking, cross dressing farce by Brandon Thomas, 'Charley's Aunt' is the first production in this special season of theatrical classics presented by the Altrincham Garrick Playhouse. It has been playing to massive audiences on both sides of the Atlantic since 1892. Set in 1890, two students at Oxford University force their rascally friend and fellow student to pose as an aunt from Brazil- where the nuts come from!!!
