Leonard, an aspiring writer (by day a statistician and single father with an older teenage daughter and rascally elderly father) enters a writing competition …except that as a man he is not eligible as it is for a feminist publishing house.
Undeterred he re-enters as a single mother writing about his real life….and wins. In order to collect the cheque though he must impersonate his fictitious Aunt Myrtle (the purported author of the winning entry).
What he doesn’t bank on is falling for Harriet – the feminist publisher – nor she with him.
