Following our production of A Doll’s House in October 2016, we move on to Henrik Ibsen’s next masterpiece. Its subject matter was considered incredibly shocking, when it was first performed, but many of the issues which it raises resonate today. As devastating secrets are revealed, Helen Alving is left with a final agonising choice. This remains a very powerful dramatic work.
