Hello and welcome to Greater Manchester Drama Federation’s website.

GMDF serves to promote all aspects of the amateur theatre movement in the Greater Manchester Area.

The GMDF members all work remarkably hard to produce good quality theatre. The membership varies from smaller societies with restricted facilities to much larger societies with correspondingly larger facilities but the quality and commitment to good drama remains the same. The membership may be amateur but that does not mean they don’t take a professional approach to the production of a show. Our members produce plays of all varieties, musicals and pantomimes. Something for everyone. Please visit them and lend them your support.
