Information:

Ed (playing age 40’s-50’s), Kath's brother, is a well-dressed man, who exudes a sense of control and authority. A successful businessman with strict moral codes—at least outwardly—he is meticulously neat and expects others to adhere to his standards. Ed's sexual orientation is ambiguous, but his attraction to Sloane is evident, manifesting in a paternalistic yet possessive manner.

Kemp (playing age 70’s.. could be aged up)

Kemp, also known as Dadda, is the elderly father of Kath and Ed. In his seventies, Kemp is frail, irritable, and holds an embittered outlook on life. He serves as a moral compass of sorts, although his perception is clouded by age and his own past grievances

Sloane (playing age early 20’s)

Sloane is a young, attractive man in his early twenties playing age , whose charm and outward innocence mask a deeply manipulative and amoral nature. He arrives at Kath's home under the guise of looking for lodging but quickly reveals his true opportunistic and self-serving tendencies. Sloane is a classic antihero: cunning, resourceful, and willing to exploit anyone to achieve his aims. Despite his youthful appearance and smooth demeanor, Sloane's capacity for violence and deceit is always lurking just beneath the surface. His ambiguous sexuality allows him to seduce both Kath and Ed, using their desires to his advantage.

Kath (playing age 40-50’s)

Kath, is the aging landlady whose life is marked by unfulfilled desires and a sense of faded beauty. She clings to her past glory and yearns for affection, which makes her particularly vulnerable to Sloane's charms. Kath oscillates between maternal and sexual roles, often blurring the lines in her interactions with Sloane. She exhibits a mix of naivety and desperate cunning, as she attempts to keep Sloane under her influence.
