By Amanda Whittington
Set in a mother and baby house in 1964 in the North of England, this play follows the fortunes of Mary Adams. Mary, along with the other inmates, has to cope with the shame heaped on her by a sweep-it-under-the-carpet society, as well as the realisation that she will have to give up her child. Set against a backdrop of classic Sixties girl group songs.
