The Patient by Agatha Christie
Mrs. Jenny Wingfield has been horribly injured in a fall from her balcony. Unable to communicate, it could have been an accident, a suicide bid or attempted murder. Relatives gather round her hospital bed as she is given a device that helps her convey a solution to the mystery.
The Real Inspector Hound by Tom Stoppard
Two local reporters are sent to review a theatre production: a murder mystery set in Muldoon Manor— but find themselves on stage and drawn into the plot of the play they are watching. Hilarious spoof of the classic country house murder mystery.
