Something is about to happen that will change one family forever. Set in Stockport, over the course of nine months in 2004, ON THE SHORE OF THE WIDE WORLD is an epic and intimate play by Stockport playwright and honorary Stockport Garrick member, Simon Stephens. A play about family, love, growing up, growing old, leaving home, fragile relationships and missed moments.
