On returning from a night out, two couples discover a burglar and apprehend him. They soon begin to wish they hadn’t as he commences to disrupt two seemingly happy marriages and reveal certain uncomfortable truths.
The veteran writer Chappell is adept at both comedy and thriller, as our past successes ‘Natural Causes’ and ‘Dead Reckoning’ show. This play manages a bit of both, in the safe hands of Jenny, who previously directed Chappell’s big hits ‘Summer End’ and ‘Haywire’.
