A selection of one-act plays by one of the greatest playwrights of the 20th century. Recently re-discovered and rarely performed, these vignettes, mainly from the late 1930's and 1940's, show many of the familiar themes of Williams's later plays, but in the shorter, more immediate one-act form. Featuring: In Our Profession; The Case of the Crushed Petunias; Me, Vashya; The Fat Man's Wife; At Liberty and The Dark Room, we can clearly see the dramatic genius of Tennessee Williams.
